Anna och Eva Lindal är systrar och rör sig fritt mellan olika musikaliska genrer och uttryck inom den samtida musiken. Med djupa rötter i europeisk tradition kombinerat med nyfikenhet gör de upp med musikhistorien och traditionerna. Systerskap gör samspelet till en lek som är lätt och enkel och djupt allvarlig. De har två tydliga röster som tillsammans skapar en frihet som går utöver det individuella uttrycket. Text och poesi är viktiga inspirationskällor så väl i samarbete med poeter som i det musikaliska språkets alla förfinade fraseringar och meningar.


Anna Lindal and Eva Lindal are violinists and sisters moving freely between different musical genres and expressions within contemporary music. With deep roots in European tradition and a large portion of curiosity and playfulness, they make up with music history and traditions. Sisterhood turns the interplay into a game - light, easy, and deeply serious. Two distinct voices that in combination create the freedom that goes beyond the individual expressions. Text and poetry are important inspirational sources both in collaboration with poets and in all refined phrasings and sentences of the musical language.
